These terms apply when you use Plan Our Life. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

Your rights in your country

Wherever you use Plan Our Life from, we apply one standard: full export and one-click deletion from Settings, per-account data isolation, no sale or sharing of personal data, and no advertising profiling. If your country has a data protection authority, you can complain to it at any time.

What Plan Our Life is
A planning tool. It turns your answers into estimates: readiness across finances, time, experience and goals; a place profile; a cost picture; and a food and growing calculation. Reference figures come from public agricultural and statistical bodies for your selected region and are planning-grade, not site-specific.
What it is not
Plan Our Life is not financial, legal, tax, agricultural or veterinary advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy a property or make any other commitment. Soil, buildings, climate, local rules and your own skill move real outcomes a long way. Confirm details locally and with a qualified adviser before you commit money.
Your account
You need an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials safe, and it is for adults. One household per account. Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or scrape it at scale — accounts doing so can be suspended.
Your content
Your answers remain yours. We use them only to produce your plan and to operate the service, as described in the privacy notice. You can export everything or delete the account at any time from Settings.
Partners
Estate agents, suppliers and service providers can apply to be listed. A listing is not an endorsement, we do not take a commission on any transaction you make with them, and we never pass your household data to them. Any agreement you enter into with a partner is between you and that partner.
Availability and changes
The planner is free while we build it out and is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; where a change removes something you rely on, we will say so in the app in advance where we reasonably can.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plan Our Life is not liable for decisions made on the basis of estimates produced by the planner. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
